Here are the results of the Epiphany Ultras, run on Saturday, Jan. 9
at Oakland, CA.  Conditions were virtually perfect, cool and crisp and
sunny, temps reaching the mid-50s by afternoon.  Hilly trails in
excellent shape.

The event was a celebration of your correspondent's 48th birthday,
hence the odd distances.  Studly folks ran 48 miles, wussy folks ran
48K, and feeble folks did half of the Real Deal, a meager 24 miles.
